I'm baaack. But with poor idle.

The 5kcstq has its head screwed on again - very pretty, actually,
with polished, coated intake manifold, etc. The engine is very
strong and smooth, climbs to 1.0 bar (gauge) quickly and
pulls hard to redline through 4th gear anyway (no opportunity
to check top speed as yet). Feels wonderful.  But ... the
idle is weak and lumpy. Starts easily but, until warm, idle needs
to be nursed with the throttle and cannot be maintained with the
A/C on.  Now I wish I'd read all those "poor idle" posts more
carefully.  I've only just begun checking things out. The idle
switch is OK. Do these symptoms ring a bell with anyone? TIA.
