$300 California smog sticker

What about this sticker?  The 4ksq I bought is from Colorado, and it
doesn't have a sticker under the hood, but has a cat and O2 sensor. 
Tell me more!  How do I get a hold of information about whether it is a
factory 50 state legal car?  I need to know soon!  Help!  (wow, sense
that urgency!)
