I have found that having an engineering degree has nothing to do with one's
knowledge. It all comes down to what you have upstairs combined with experience.
I call on engineers for a living, and I rarely (about 1%) come across somebody
that knows more about pump repair (the service I sell) and pump hydraulics than
I do.
I've met Erik personally, if he doesn't have a degree, it wouldn't bother
me......
