For sale notices

I for one would appreciate it if, when a message is posted about a "great
car for sale locally" or some such, that the poster identify the city/state
where it is located.  I don't know all the telephone area codes by heart,
so it's not always easy to figure it out that way, and sometimes there
isn't even a telephone number to go by.  

I would also like to know if they salt the roads in the winter in that
city/state.  For me, that disqualifies cars from most of the upper midwest
and northeast, but that's my hangup.
