re: oil filters for 5cyl NAs

(1) The turbo and regular (OC-47) both fit the 90q20v.
(2) the turbo filter costs way more and does ?????
(3) I typically pay $3-3.50 /ea in case lots. Forgot where.  Carlsen?  GPR?
