I had one go through my shop once, but I have never used one myself.
The guys I've talked to that have used it say that it is deadly
accurate. +/- 0.1psi at all times. If you set it to 14.9psi, it stays
at 14.9psi, exactly. It takes about 4 or 5 acceleration runs to "learn"
your engine's frequency response curves, but after that, it nails your
boost set point. Its very nicely made too BTW. The wastegate
frequency valve is huge.
