200T fuel problems

Fellow Audinauts, after reading all the feedback from fellow list members,
I took
that and a Mitchell's shop manual and did more research and reading and I
noticed I had another problem that I did not mention that was listed in the
shop manual, as a matter a fact I believe a couple of listers mentioned it.
The problem is when the car is at idle, all is normal but when the A/C is
turned on, the RPM's drop, now correct me if I'm wrong but in all other
cars the RPM's increase. The manual said that my RPM's should increase
about
70, I get just the opposite. Could this be because of a faulty
"Differential Pressure
Regulator" I believe some of the list members referred to it as the "Warm
Up
Regulator", it's mounted on the side of the engine block and has 2 fuel
lines
running to it. Am I hot or cold?
