Actually the car has travelled 30500kms.
And no, New Zealand is *not* a bad-guy-less country, just less-bad-guys than
other countries.

Not quite true, although in many rural places *almost* true. More so in the
South Island where some roads approach automotive nirvana, and very unlikely
to be policed too :-) . Unfortunately I live in the North Island :-( , where
there are many more cars and cops per road.
