That view would be consistent with the philosophy that intake side
improvements are not worthwhile since you can always more easily
and cheaply crank X psi more boost. This seems to be a popular position
these days but I find it unsatisfying. The Porsche crowd doesn't need
to run 22 psi to get 150 hp per liter numbers from that flat six.
