my ac evaporator assy. is out and guess what?  the air motor bracket 
broke!  i'm planning on either using sheetmetal with screws or fiberglass 
reinforced body filler.

I also think I may have found the mystery water leak....poor factory 
sealing job on the driver's side heater core to heater box connection.  
the leak occurs only on very heavy rain and only when the car is in motion.
