V8 Quattro in States

I was in my now local Audi Dealer here in the Portland Area, Sunset Porsche
Audi.  I have been looking for a 91-93 V8 Quattro in Very good condition. 
Looking for quality, but would really love colour too.  Silver or Black. 
The dealer mentioned that ALL V8 brought to this country in I believe
91-93, or 92-93 were ALL Arctic White.  Is this correct and shoule I learn
to love it, or are there other colours these years available?   '
Further, what should one pay for such a car, with normal use mileage and
limited W/T?  The dealer had some 93s there, in excellent shape, but the
were selling for around 30K I believe.  Low mileage though, in the 40KS.
