RE: engine cleaning
Yea, these materials are in a volatile solution. Otherwise, in the case
of the CICs, you'd have to putty them on or have them configured so that
a two part solution with hardener was required. The easiest choice is
to wait for the volatiles to evaporate before starting the engine.
