Re: Contact cleaner sources?
Hi there Ian ... finally got the message I forwarded to myself ...
The stuff is called DeoxIT and it is made by a company cattled CAIG
Labs. It claims to improve conductivity, deoxixide, seal and protect
switches, connectors and contacts. I don't know exactly how much
I paid, but as I said it was around $15 for a 5 ounce can. The BMW
motorcycle service place uses this stuff on handlebar switches ...
they used on my turn signal switch and I haven't had a problem since.
HTH!
