So, to keep going with the KISS, then let's say that
atmospheric 14.5 psi + boost 9 psi = manifold 23.5 psi

then changing from 200F to 100F (15%)would be the same as 
increasing the boost from 9 psi to:

23.5 x 115% = 27.0 manifold = 14.5 atmos + 12.5psi boost
