Apply the brakes.  It will stop rolling.

Seriously, why do you want it to roll less?  Bounce less, OK.
Have a smoother transition between left and right "set", OK.
But this car handles very well with a high degree of roll.
Beware the bump steer and general lousy ride of most
lowered (stiffer) steups.

I'd put in better shocks, and learn to live with the roll.
