I've seen one of these that was purchased from Ivor and while it was indeed
made by Sparco, the crossbrace was round instead of oval.  I don't know if
it was a production change or not but it DID reduce clearance over the
battery slightly and made installation all that much more demanding.  Caveat
emptor!
