The simplest way we add water injection is to add the spray to the 
atmospheric side of the turbo,spraying onto the "eye" of the compressor 
wheel.This uses boost pressure itself on top of water in a container.The 
boost tends to self regulate the water pressure and hence volume.Droplet 
fall out across the IC tends to be a problem on IC'd cars.But it negates 
the stuck relay/hydraulicing scenario...
