In the UK, people who make their 100th birthday get a telegram from the Queen.  
One old boy (reckoned to be Britain's oldest working man - he still has a 
motorcycle repair shop) in his late 90s is planning to ride his motorcycle down 
to collect his telegram in person.
 
The local police inspector was consulted, and says his motorcycle team is 
planning on a great day out.
