I can't give you a part number, but I can certainly describe the piece
if that will help any.

We are talking about the round rubber "doughnut" with the steel insert
that fits on the top of the strut assembly just before you re-install
the assembly into the car.

The ones that I'm familar with on my '85 GT are approx. 9cm in diameter
and perhaps 3-4cm thick.  (I doing this from memory, so I'm probably not
entirely accurate.)
