Cracked Windshield

	I seriously doubt that 40 deg water will crack a windshield, no
matter what the temp on earth may be.  Could cause a small crack to get
bigger, but, my money is all something else to blame.

	New from Audi expect the price to be quoted between 700 and 1000.
Some repair shops can do for much less.  While windshields from a bone
yard can be used [btdt2], those things often bust when you are
removing---usually after the money has been paid.  Talk to someone that
knows what they are doing, or find a yard that will remove, let you view
and *then* pay.
