Audi Certified Warranties

We are currently shopping for a used Audi and the dealership has a 100 which 
has been certified.  The car comes with a 2 year/24,000 mile warranty.  For 
negotiation sake, we would like to know how much the dealership has to pay Audi 
for this warranty.  Does anyone have an idea?  

Any help would be greatly appreciated as my '74 Karmann Ghia Convertible is 
looking for a little German companionship in the garage.
