AC and Power Windows

Hi,

I have a *really* strange problem (at least it seems so to me),
with my -90 200TQ.

If I try to roll down some of the passengers windows and they wont
go down, then I know that the ACC "cooler" is functioning, i.e. it
blows cool air...

This "works" both ways, when the passenger windows is working, I know
that the ACC wont cool the air (it seems to be OK otherwise).

This is totally random, but always the same behaviour:
No *passenger* power windows => ACC working
ACC not blowing cool air => Passenger power windows working.

Anyone got a clue??? How could these to be connected?!?!? Where
should I start to look?
