96 A4Q wheel noise

It _sounds_ like worn carrier bolts - but not at 10k miles!!!

Plus you should still have the factory pads fitted ...
 
Do the classic "forwards slowly, brake, backwards slowly, brake" test and 
see if directional change makes a difference.
