Mt. Washington/Kankamankus (sp?) directions

Q-list,

   I forgot to print off the Kankamankus detour of the Mt. Washington 
directions that some kind soul sent out about a week or so ago. I'm at home 
now and would rather not drive the 35 minutes back to work for the directions 
if I can avoid it.

   Could someone please email their copy to my home address? Thanks and sorry 
for the wide BW.
