it seems like this eprom has many more stored scenarios than the original.
don't know if that would require extra processing power to handle.
ned ritchie has expressed an interest in checking out what's in my
car but i have not had the time to take him up on his offer.

actually i un-sub'd a long time ago and i'm keeping up by just browsing
the archives. so whatever discussion there was about this must be buried
somewhere in there.. if you give me a date to look i'll get up to speed
on it.

holee sheet batman! that would scare me. i had the bomb and regulator
fixed but that was covered by ext. warranty. no leaks of any kind,
still on original muffler, hoses, caps, wires etc etc...

what's the deal on the suspension bushes? i.e. have they worn out or
what?

ooo now it gets scarier! maybe i'm overdue for a chernobyl, eh?

>>best thing any owner can do for a non-UFO V8: get some 17 inch wheels.

>Dont those 276mm discs look tiny inside those big wheels?

somewhat, but then my snow tires on 15 inch wheels would no longer
fit if i upgraded the discs. anyway my v8 is not a track car, so
i'd be happy to just leave the brakes the way they are.

i was pretty surprised at how much reaction the 17 inch wheels got
after i put them on.
