Anyone know of sources for special Audi door hinge tool
"angle wrench US2598?" Is Zelenda my best bet or some other
source? I think I can state with confidence that no
commonly used tool, including metric flare nut wrenches,
crows-foot wrenches, skewed socket drives, etc. will work
for the front door hinges of an 1988 90q.

How about 8.99 for a Craftsman wrench and five minutes with an
oxy/ace torch? See if a local buddy with a torch set might be
willing to bend one up for you.

Thanks Chris. I'd do it in a flash if I knew what it was supposed to
look like. There is no drawing in the Bentley that I have found.
(Corvair repair manuals produced by Helm, Inc. include pictures of all
special tools required.) I suppose I could buy a few wrenches and
experiment. Does it resemble one of those offset brake wrenches, such
as?
