Speedo off

Anybody have any BTDT stories on the speedo in a 5kCST? Mine is off by
about 12-15 mph. Any fixes? Stock tire size, etc. all as original,
nothing changed to cause speedo error. 

Had the final drive fluid changed out to synthetic 90 gear oil but
that's about it. 

Also, how involved is it to change out seal between transaxle and final
drive. Mine is leaking somewhat. If it's a bear what's a fair price to
pay a mechanic to do it?
