True.  However we all have to keep in mind Audi's and other sporty cars are
still basically a "compromise"  by this I mean they are designed for the
every day person to drive to and from work, to and from the race track TO
WATCH the races :).

If you are going to take your car to the racing level, then a manually
controlled locking differential in the front would be a good thing.
However, the downside its another switch or lever for the driver to worry
about.
