poor dealer in IL

Thanks to everyone who helped with the 16valve GTi questions.  However, my 
friend has had a TON of problems with the car.  Without going into too many 
details (he is worried he may have to sue, just let me say that the dealer he 
got the car from is Autobarn in Evanston, IL, and he has had nothing but 
problems there.  I have nothing invested in this, just letting my listmembers 
know that this place sold him a *VERY* screwed up used GTi.
