First two symptoms are from a bad o2 sensor.  New one $120-130.  Typical
V8 problem.

Which brakes do you have?  Remember a lot of weight to stop, therefore
brakes are stressed.

Bose system sucks!  Just about to install a Denon unit, it should be
nice.
