I've seen several people reply with comments of dire and/or expensive
problems associated with the above complaint. To play Devil's Advocate, I'll
add that a burning oil smell could also come from a simple oil change on a
V8. Any runoff from a less than careful refill would run down the spark plug
wire guide/tray and exit at the back of the cyl head. BTW, there's a TSB to
that effect from AofA....
