Clunk On Bumps from Rear Diff

Sorry about the repost.  Forgot to say the car is an '86 5KCSTQ.

With the hot weather on the east coast the expansion joint are like
large mole hills and hitting them at speed (70 mph) produces a loud
clunk that seems to be coming from the rear diff. area.  I'm going
to replace the mounts (part of the $100 of "critical" stuff from Linda).

Any other ideas on the clunk?
