$60 mud flaps?

Hi Fellow Quattro Enthusiasts!

  I recently purchased a 1994 90CS Quattro Sport and am
considering buying mud flaps for the car to help protect
it from our harsh NH winters.  I called an Audi dealer and
they quoted me $60 for the front mud flaps (part #
8a0-075-111-A).  I wonder if anyone has any experience
with these things?  Do they just bolt on using existing
screw holes or do I have to drill new ones?  I don't have
any local dealers so I wonder if anyone has any mail-order
suggestions.
  Any information would be appreciated.
