ur-q blacked out tail lenses

Hello everyone...

I have a friend who is currently traveling in Europe and has purchased a 
set of blacked out taillights for me for my '82 ur-q, (USA).  The 
respective part numbers are: 855-945-217C, (left), and 855-945-218C, 
(right).

My question is this, does anyone know the correct part number for the 
center blacked out "coupe" section with the cutout to fit a USA license 
plate?  I know that it exists...I remember when Abt sold them in the US 
back in the middle '80's.  Most of the ones I've seen in the USA have 
been for the longer, narrower European license plate.  The section I am 
looking for also includes a halogen rear fog on the left, (USA drivers) 
side.

Any help would be appreciated...my friend will be leaving Great Britain 
late this week!
