Oxs reset switch

Does anyone (phill?) know how to reset the oxs light on the orange dash?  
My mechanic said the procedure is to remove the light bulb.  Well I did 
that and now i'm sweating the smog test.  I replaced the  O2 sensor so my 
car should be clean but I don't know if they will fail me because the 
light doesn't come on for the brief period like it should.
