5k dilemma
So.......I'm driving home after a couple of hours sweating it out on the
tennis court after work......its finally cooled down in torrid central
Virginia....grateful dead is on the tape machine...all is indeed
well......but all of a sudden, the clutch pedal on my 5K goes strangely
passive and mushy, all the way down to the floor, seemingly losing
hydraulic pressure. I stop the car, lift the pedal back into position,
and away I go, no more problem. When I arrive home, the battery warning
light starts to flicker. This morning, car starts just fine, but oil
warning light comes on briefly.
Does anyone discern a connection between these seemingly random events?
Anyone encounter similar phenomena on a warm summer eve in his/her
quattro?
Also, BTW, I've noticed in my little home town a plethora of audis on the
road in recent days. Not your upscale A4s and A6s, but lots of 4ks, 5ks,
100s, even a couple of real nice 200tqs. I usually don't see that many
around here. Just an observation........
TIA,
Mark
