Headlight frame, Sunroof gear, Parts source, and Tires/Rims for 82 Coupe Gt

While driving down the road the other day my front-left headlight frame
(chromed plastic with side marker) came flying by my window.  There is
only ONE coupe in the junk yards in Phoenix.

I also need the gear assembly for the sunroof (manual operation).  Mine
is stripped.  It won't grab the cords anymore.  Along with this I also
need one of the two lift arms which click into the rear portion of the
sunroof lid.

Next.  What are the largest, widest rim and tire sizes suggested for my
coupe.  Interest is for best performance, then the best look (without
looking like a low rider!)

Any input? Also....is there a descent source for parts and accessories
for my coupe?  I am restoring mine and don't have a source for parts. 
Does anyone produce a catalog?
