Help with My 1994 100 CS Quattro

Can anyone help me locate a shop manual that will provide quidance on
servicing my '94 100 CS Quattro?

I would also appreciate any advice on how to remove the inner door panel
to provide access to the power window mechanism. I need to reglue the
window to the frame so the window will lower.
