Here is a post from 3 years ago which RDH documented his debugging of
the
ur-q a/c and electrical system. All ur-q owners should search the q-list
archives
for rdh and electrical, and do a bit of evening reading. RDH performed
some
doctoral work correcting the electrical system in his ur-q, and
documented it
for all the world to see. This post starts out with some a/c work, but
in future 
posts, in the next week or two, he dove into the main electrical system,
see
more voltage igor. Dig into the archives around aug 94 and start
reading. 
This is the cream of the q-list coming to the surface.
