Get new O-rings, a can of synthetic reefer oil (not the sativa kind) and
soak the orings at least one hour before the install. Replace your receiver
drier at the same time, then immediately have it evacuated and refilled - do
this on as dry a day as possible. Have them hold vacuum for at least 30
minutes prior to refill.
Hate to tell you this, but any decent shop will make a new hose for you
using the new improved plastic lined hose and new fittings for 50-75.00
depending on length.
