I'll second that.
Donno 'bout other English beers, but my favorite Mackeson Triple Stout has an effect of 
a basebal bat's smack in a temple.
One very hot summer day I've tried to rotate wheels on my Q after 2 of those. Took me 
over an hour. Still have no idea how did I manage to properly torque all 20 bolts.
Ever since then - only mineral water in the garage.
