Sure, I'll take a stab at it. Have you had the VAG 1551? tester to check
for fault codes? You replaced ign coil, Fuel filter and fuel pump. What
about the fuel pump relay? I would check that first. It would appear to
happen when the car gets hot, is that correct? Possible hall sending unit
failure. Happened to me once (intermittant) If the signal does not get
transmitted, the engine will cut out. BTDT. HTH.
