Nah... This problem is easy!
Your License Plate lights are dead, Replace them and your dash lights
will work again. (The Dash lamps use the Lic lamps for their ground
return.) No there is another workaround if you already have the car
running and want to turn on the lights..... Open the Glovebox dor to
turn on the Glove box light, then turn on the headlamps.... Your
Dashlights should work then.
