My 1.8TQ AT doesn't act like that... I wouldn't flirt with the lemon law;
use it.  Go directly to the dealer and see the service manager... tell them
you want the car replaced.  Write up a complaint to the Better Business
Bureau too and have a copy ready when you see the service manager.
Aim your complaint at Audi, with copy to the dealer for now (it's better
to have the dealer on your side to start with).
