That was me (with the big grin on my face)! Hope I didn't make you wait
too long (slight traffic jam in SF - Just Kidding!). Was that you with 
your wife (and a child)?

And, y'know, I _was_ wondering, at that time, if you're a q-lister.

(Folks, this "small world" thing is getting real bad here- it's getting
 so that the next time a decent Audi is available, we'll have to take
 turns on who hosts the regional "Qlist Tailgate Party" at that 
 location- if we're not ready to kill each other for the car, that is.
 Nah, this is the most well-mannered, brainy list I know of- none of you
 would even _think_ of letting your passion ...)

Know exactly how that feels - decided it was wrong $$$ timming for me, 
otherwise I'll be the one asking about the wiring to the radio. :)

I thought I did my homework before going to see it- based on the 
qlist's description of the UFO brakes, I didn't think they were (well,
it was an early '91). But, I was wondering why the front BBS's had a
"steel wheel"-looking frame behind it.

Congrats on a great purchase. I'll email you info on what I recently 
looked into as options for dealing with the UFO's.
