I put rings on my car 3 years ago.  I drew donuts (thick cirles) in ACAD 
and to it into a sign shop. I only cost $25 dollar to scan in a $3 for
each decal.  Once scanned in they can be made any size.  They still look good
after three year on both of my cars and my grandmothers car, They are made
in almost any color and use the same mater as street signs ( not reflective )

Just thought I would throw my 2 cents in.
