Light, light coating of graphite powder.....wipe fairly clean so it's
worked into metal but no excess.
Follow with a rag with silicone spray..works great on the sunroof too, sans
graphite.
Barring that..shortcut is a rag of WD-40 frequently..but it will start to
rot the rubber fitting on the bottom and leave black
on your antenna...ask me.
KY Jelly feels good on your antenna and will not rot the rubber
fittings..but will wash away in the first rainstorm.
