Hot Headlight Switch

Mike's right about 4K switches always being warmer than ambient
temperature. But some years ago mine got really hot. We're talking hot
enough to melt internal plastic and cause occasional wafts of nearly
invisible smoke to irritate eyes, nose and throat. It took a while to figure
out the source. Replacing the switch solved the problem.
