'88 80/90 headlight washers

Hi all,

My car, being one of the low-spec Dutch-market Audis, lacks many of the mod
cons  the UK and US-market cars have as standard. I'm going to add central
locking, immobilizer and (perhaps) electric windows myself, but I would
like the convenience of headlight washers to combat the mud on the roads
here in any season but the summer, never mind the mosquitos and other
flying vermin.

What would I need for this, apart from the nozzles and a (separate?) tank?
Has anyone tried it yet? Does anyone have a full set lying around that he'd
like to sell for a reasonable price (post-holiday financial woes!)?
