Hesitating startup & engine rattle results

Once again thanks to all those who replied to my annoying
problems, and here are the results:

1. Hesitating startup: replaced timing belt, applied proper tension.
    apparently the one that was in there was loose and worn.
    I had to bring it to the shop, those darn 4 allen head bolts were
    partially stripped on the crankshaft pulley, took mechanics
    approx 4.5 hours to take out and retap, entire job cost
    me $350.00.

2. Engine rattle: water pump. (did that one myself)

needless to say the car is running beautifully, I hope it stays that way.
